Our Function

The Corporation functions as the owner and landlord of real property for the benefit of the Omega Deuteron Chapter with control and management of any assets owned by the Corporation and the Omega Deuteron Chapter. The Corporation functions as the Chapters Alumni Association.

To promote the best interests of the Phi Sigma Kappa, Omega Deuteron Chapter at the University of Southern California including:

- To develop and maintain a spirit of cooperation between the active members and their Alumni.

- To foster and cultivate the benefits of fraternal association.

Our Leadership

There are seven elected directors, who are members of the Third or Higher Degree of Phis Sigma Kappa. Meeting at least quarterly, with the intent to improve the Chapter and/or Alumni involvement.
